
While in New Mexico I had the pleasure of dining on some great New Mexican cuisine . There was some debate on which sauce to get on your burrito (red or green) .Well of course I chose both .This flatbread is a fusion of Pueblo, Spanish , Mexican and native American cuisine .
Loaded with green and red roasted chili marinated chicken and topped with of course more roasted green chilis and poblano peppers , our blend of red chili cheese sauce and jack and cheddar cheese with a hint of smoked paprika pepper .
